Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller Consultant to provide
comprehensive accounting support to government contracting
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and enhance the Controller function for clients, ensuring
compliance with regulations
Oversee client accounting activities, including budgeting,
financial reviews, and audit readiness
Manage and mentor accounting personnel, maintaining a high client
retention rate
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's
degree preferred
7+ years of experience in finance/accounting, specifically in
government contracts
Solid command of FASB, GAAP, CAS, FAR, and DFARs regulations
Proficiency in accounting systems such as Unanet, Quickbooks, or
Deltek Costpoint
Must be a US Citizen
