Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Specialist -
Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Educate potential patients and family members about the program and
enroll them
Assist patients with navigating the program app/website and address
technical issues
Initiate and respond to calls from potential patients, maintaining
accurate records and achieving weekly targets
Required Qualifications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
Experience in a quota-driven environment
Passionate about improving healthcare efficiency and
effectiveness
Experience in customer/patient engagement in a sales capacity
Experience with outbound calling and leveraging technology in a
professional setting
