Job Description:
A company is looking for a Device Support Specialist to resolve
technical issues and deliver support to clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls while providing a positive
customer service experience
Collaborate with team members to research and respond to technical
issues in a timely manner
Assist clients in understanding technology and provide guided
troubleshooting for technical issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of
education and/or experience
Familiarity with basic technology concepts and devices
Ability to maintain a positive and supportive attitude
Willingness to seek guidance and learn from more experienced
colleagues
