Job SummaryThis role oversees the Prepared Foods department, ensuring seamless operation and excellent customer service. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will supervise and train team members, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Supervision
  • Supervise and train Prepared Foods team members to ensure effective execution of store operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, including the Prepared Foods department.
    • Ensure accurate inventory management and ordering to meet customer demand.
    • Customer Service
      • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
      • Ensure a positive and inclusive shopping experience for all customers.Requirements and Qualifications
        • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
        • 12+ months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
        • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
        • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
        • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.Whole Foods Market offers a competitive salary range of $18.50 - $30.20 hourly, commensurate with experience.
