Job Description:
A company is looking for an Issue Representative for Settlement
Options (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Process IGO and NIGO cases using various systems while ensuring
compliance with regulatory standards
Analyze case complexity and route requests to appropriate resources
as needed
Handle sensitive communications and resolve inquiries from internal
and external customers efficiently
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education
preferred
Preferred experience in customer service, financial services, or
insurance
Experience navigating complex customer interactions
Proficiency in office computer software, including Microsoft Office
programs
Ability to work between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CT, Monday through
Friday
