A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Global Trial
Master File.
Key Responsibilities
Manage TMF operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and inspection
readiness
Develop and maintain the TMF Plan and Index, collaborating with
project leads and functional teams
Generate monthly TMF metric reports and oversee TMF content
compliance and completeness checks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3-4 years of experience in a clinical research environment
Trained in clinical research regulatory requirements (ICH, GCP)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Veeva Clinical Vault
(eTMF)
Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage and lead others effectively
