A company is looking for a High Volume Call Center
Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem
resolution according to service standards
Utilize a computerized data entry system for processing customer
requests and entering required data
Escalate unresolved customer issues to more experienced
representatives or designated departments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 6 months call center experience, either remote or
onsite
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Must be comfortable working on camera during work hours
