Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Engineering to
lead a team of software engineers in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor software engineers across various domains and
technologies
Ensure software quality through best practices in testing and
development
Drive predictable delivery of the product roadmap in collaboration
with product managers
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of software development experience, with at least 2
years in a management or team lead role
Experience with at least two programming languages such as Java,
JavaScript, or Go
Familiarity with distributed systems, including microservices or
service-oriented architecture
Ability to contribute to application development, design, and
architecture
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
