Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, National Value Based
Care (VBC) Development.
Key Responsibilities
Support strategic relationships with national Medicaid provider
partners and execute enterprise-wide initiatives
Negotiate contract terms and develop value-based contract
relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define projects and
manage network development activities
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Payer and Provider Value Based
Care
Experience in Value Based Care financial models and
contracting/negotiations
Able to manage multiple priorities and complex negotiations
simultaneously
Experience in Medicaid Risk-based arrangements and Value-Based care
preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
