Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Network & Provider
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage analysts in executing complex analyses to assess financial
impacts of provider contracts
Oversee analytics related to network access and adequacy in
compliance with regulatory requirements
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance while managing team
workload and project timelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in a relevant
field
7-10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory
role
Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in SAS/SQL programming
required
In-depth knowledge of managed care concepts and financial
relationships between payers and providers
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement is a plus
